Red Cards, also known as "Know Your Rights" cards, are small but mighty tools designed to protect individuals—especially immigrants and marginalized people—during encounters with law enforcement or ICE. They’re a clear, legal statement you can present without having to speak. The card asserts your right to remain silent and refuse entry without a warrant.
Simple. Powerful. Legally grounded.
They don’t rely on perfect English, confident tone, or legal training. They speak when you can’t. They remind those in power that the Constitution doesn’t crumble under pressure.
